1. Brigadier General (BGen) D.N. Brais is pleased to announce the following Command Team Appointments for Cadet Training Centres (CTC):
   1. Bagotville Cadet Training Centre (CTC):
      1. Commanding Officer (CO) – Major (Maj) S.J.C. Rioux;
      2. Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) – Lieutenant Commander (LCdr) S.J.D. L’Espérance;
      3. Chief Training Officer (C Trg O) – Captain (Capt) M.C.J. Fortin; and
      4. Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) – CWO L. Desrochers.
   2. Cold Lake CTC:
      1. CO – Maj C.C. Cheng;
      2. DCO – Capt K.R. Winterhalt;
      3. C Trg O – Capt S.C. Villetard; and
      4. CWO – Master Warrant Officer (MWO) C.A. Harvey.
   3. His Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Quadra CTC:
      1. CO – LCdr D.L. Irwin;
      2. DCO – To be announced;
      3. C Trg O – Maj E.S. Lee; and
      4. CWO – To be announced.
   4. Whitehorse CTC:
      1. CO – Maj C.P. Bruce-Smith;
      2. DCO – Capt R.P. Novak;

2. As a result of the above Command Team appointments, the following amendments have been made to the appointments previously announced at reference A:
   1. Trenton CTC CWO:
      1. delete – MWO C.A. Harvey; and
      2. insert – MWO D. Hebert.
   2. Vernon CTC C Trg O:
      1. delete – LCdr D.G. Irwin; and
      2. insert – Capt P.V. Blachford.
