1. Brigadier-General (BGen) D.N. Brais, Commander Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group (CJCR Gp) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lieutenant-Commander (LCdr) J.H. Metcalfe as the Deputy Chief of Staff – Personnel (DCOS Pers), with an anticipated start date in January 2025.
2. DCOS (Pers) is a new position within CJCR Gp managing the J1, Recruiting, and Personnel Selection sections. LCdr Metcalfe will be promoted to the rank of Commander upon assuming their new position.
3. BGen Brais congratulates LCdr Metcalfe on this appointment.
