Confirmation - Application for Honours and awards for Retired Members of the Canadian Forces form

Your application has been submitted to the DH&R retired cell for processing. Applications are completed on a first in, first out basis and may take between 4 - 5 weeks to process.

Additional information is required to complete your application and a member of the retired cell will reach out to you through email within 5-10 business days.

Applications for medals for members who served prior to 1994, may need to have their records requested from Library and Archives Canada. This may take up to 60 days.
