Arctic All-Domain Planning Conference 2025

The Arctic is no longer a low-tension region – it is a rapidly-changing environment, marked by the impacts of climate change, increased geopolitical interest, encroachment of foreign state acts below the threshold of armed conflict and emerging economic opportunities. With the Arctic warming at an unprecedented rate, new maritime routes are becoming accessible. The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) must recognize and fulfil its collaborative role in ensuring Canadian Arctic sovereignty and respect for the rule of law. The Arctic All-Domain Planning Conference 2025 (AAPC 2025) will be an opportunity for members of the CAF, other governmental departments (OGDs) and allied partner nations to discuss future operations in northern Canada and the arctic.
