With a rich and diversified career in the hospitality industry, Madeline C. Laperrière is a tireless inquisitor and motivator, passionate about improving employee experience. In her current position as Manager of the Colleague Experience at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, her responsibilities include implementing innovative internal communications initiatives and organizing recognition events, while fostering employee engagement. Through her previous experience as a trainer, a human resources manager and a leader across various operational departments, she has acquired in-depth expertise in personnel management and organizational development.

With a B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, complemented by certifications in Change Management and Strategic Execution from eCornell, Madeleine is passionate about conscious inclusion.

Recognized for her commitment and achievements, Madeleine is a key player in the Fairmont Hotels of Eastern Canada pilot project, in partnership with Giant Steps Montreal, which aims to promote inclusive hiring of people with autism. Since the project's inception, four people have been hired and a vocation training program has launched, with the ambitious goal of extending the initiative to other Fairmont establishments in Quebec and Canada. The project has won numerous awards, including the Prix À Part Entière from the Office des personnes handicapées and the Prix Distinction from Tourisme Montréal.
