The Honourable MaryAnn Mihychuk, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, will highlight Budget 2016 measures that will help middle class Canadians, including investments in skills training and improvements to the Employment Insurance system.

Minister Mihychuk will be available for a photo opportunity and to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
