The Honourable MaryAnn Mihychuk, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, will highlight Budget 2016 measures that will help middle-class Canadians, including investments in skills training and improvements to the Employment Insurance system.

Minister Mihychuk will be available for a photo opportunity and to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
