News conference and technical briefing on workplace harassment and violence

The Government of Canada will make an important announcement on the measures taken to ensure federally regulated workplaces are free from harassment and violence.

A technical briefing by senior government officials from Employment and Social Development Canada, Public Services and Procurement Canada and the Privy Council Office will precede the announcement.

The Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of Status of Women, the Honourable Bardish Chagger, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Minister of Small Business and Tourism, and Pablo Rodriguez, Member of Parliament for Honoré-Mercier, will attend.
