Minister O’Regan will announce the Canada/Newfoundland and Labrador Early Learning and Child Care Agreement with Premier Ball and Minister Kirby

The Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs, Associate Minister for National Defense and Member of Parliament for St. John's South–Mount Pearl (Newfoundland and Labrador), along with the Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will announce the Canada/Newfoundland and Labrador Early Learning and Child Care Agreement.

Minister O’Regan will be making the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
