Governments of Canada and British Columbia improve quality, accessibility and affordability of early learning and child care for British Columbia families

Jonathan Wilkinson, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, together with the Honourable Katrine Conroy, British Columbia Minister of Children and Family Development, will announce the bilateral Canada and British Columbia Early Learning and Child Care agreement.
They will be joined by the Honourable Katrina Chen, British Columbia Minister of State for Child Care. The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
