Governments of Canada and Manitoba improve quality, accessibility and affordability of early learning and child care for Manitoba families

Dan Vandal, Member of Parliament for Saint Boniface–Saint Vital (Manitoba), together with the Honourable Scott Fielding Minister of Families for Manitoba, will announce the bilateral Canada and Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care agreement.

The announcement is being made on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
