Minister Duncan to speak at the United Nations on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, will attend the 11th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities from June 12–14, where she will speak about the Government of Canada’s commitment to persons with disabilities.

During her visit, Minister Duncan will speak at the opening session of the UN conference and also take part in various bilateral meetings and participate in a number of panel discussions and events.
