Government of Canada to announce help to reduce barriers to training in the skilled trades

The Honourable Bardish Chagger, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, will announce how the Government of Canada is helping Canadians get the skills and training they need to succeed in a changing economy.

She will be joined by Lloyd Longfield, Member of Parliament for Guelph, Raj Saini, Member of Parliament for Kitchener Centre, and Marwan Tabbara, Member of Parliament for Kitchener South.

The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour.
