In-person points of service support the delivery of services and information for the Government of Canada. They provide information on how to self-serve, client authentication and identification, and services for clients who require one-on-one assistance. Canadians who require specialized or client-specific information for programs like Employment Insurance, the Canada Pension Plan or Old Age Security are directed to appropriate online resources and program call centres.
