CESP ITS version 5.7 changes
Note: ACES plan closure, previously sent on August 4, 2015, notice #634 for DRAFT ITS 5.6, remain unchanged. These requirements are included in the table below along with the other ITS revisions.

1 Background to ITS version 5.7 | Add |
On February 16, 2016, the Government of British Columbia announced that it was extending the eligibility criteria for the British Columbia Training and Education Savings Grant (BCTESG) to children born on or after January 1, 2006. The application commencement date for the children born in 2006 is August 15, 2016. ITS version 5.7 adds the required logic to the previous ITS version to implement the change to the BCTESG as described above. As of July 1, 2016, the Alberta Centennial Education Savings Plan Act has been repealed, and the changes related to the closure of the Alberta Centennial Education Savings (ACES) Plan provided in the DRAFT ITS 5.6 sent on August 4, 2015, are now considered final. |
