Canada-Quebec Agreement on the St. Lawrence: next phase

Montréal, Quebec – June 22, 2017 – The Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Catherine McKenna, and the Quebec Minister responsible for the sustainable development, the environment and the fight against climate change, David Heurtel, invite representatives of the media to a press conference where the new 2016-2021 phase of the Canada-Quebec Agreement, also called the St. Lawrence Action Plan, will be announced.
