Canadian Hurricane Centre presents the 2022 hurricane season outlook

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – May 20, 2022 – Media representatives are advised that Bob Robichaud, Warning Preparedness Meteorologist with the Canadian Hurricane Centre, will present the general outlook for the upcoming 2022 hurricane season.

Please note that our meteorologists will not be conducting media interviews on this subject from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (ADT) on Tuesday, May 24.

The media availability will be held via Zoom. Following the presentation, media will have the opportunity to ask questions. This availability is for attribution and may be recorded.

Zoom details will be provided upon registration. Media are asked to join Zoom 10 minutes prior to the start of the event.

The presentation (excluding the Q&A) will also be livestreamed to Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Weather Facebook page.
