Gatineau, Quebec – November 15, 2023  Ahead of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Canada’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change, and Jennifer Morgan, Germany’s State Secretary and Special Envoy for International Climate Action, will provide an update on collective progress toward the US$100 billion international climate finance goal through to 2025.
