Minister Guilbeault to make an announcement to support the Université de Sherbrooke’s work on environmental research

Sherbrooke, Quebec – January 12, 2024 – Media representatives are advised that the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, will make a funding announcement to support the Université de Sherbrooke on environmental research.

He will be joined by Élisabeth Brière, Member of Parliament for Sherbrooke and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, and Jean-Pierre Perreault, Ph.D., Vice-Rector, Research and Graduate Studies, Université de Sherbrooke. Following the announcement, Minister Guilbeault will hold a media availability.
