The Government of Canada to make an announcement on significant investments to help build Canada’s climate resiliency

Ottawa, Ontario – May 31, 2024 – Media representatives are advised that the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, and Tim Tierney, Third Vice-President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, on behalf of Scott Pearce, President, will make an announcement on investments to help build Canada’s climate resiliency. The Honourable Harjit S. Sajjan, Minister of Emergency Preparedness and Minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada, will also be in attendance.
