The working assumption of the government is that the proposed regulations would be developed under Parts 5 and 11 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA, 1999). There is a 60-day comment period for anyone wishing to submit comments on this Notice of Intent.
All comments, in English or in French, must be received in writing at the address below by Wednesday, September 14, 2005.
