Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑03623 are varied and approved as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from February 15, 2017, to February 14, 2018.
3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities are restricted to the following period: November 30, 2017, to February 14, 2018.
