Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑04416 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from June 1, 2014, to March 31, 2015.
3.1. The loading activities are restricted to the followings periods: from June 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015. The permittee may modify the duration of the restriction periods with the written approval of the Department of the Environment.
3.2. The disposal at sea activities are restricted to the followings periods: from June 1 to June 30, 2014; and from September 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015. The permittee may modify the duration of the restriction periods with the written approval of the Department of the Environment.
