Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑04453‑01 are modified and approved as follows. The amendment is published on the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
5. Loading site(s): l’Anse-à-Beaufils Harbour, Quebec, 48.47200° N, 64.30607° W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83), as described in Annex 1 identified in paragraph 4.a.
6. Disposal site(s):
AB-5, 48.45000° N, 64.25000° W (NAD83), the disposal site is located approximately 4.8 km southeast of the loading site
l’Anse-à-Beaufils Channel, 48.47200° N, 64.30607° W (NAD83)
10. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 8500 cubic metres, place measure.
