Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. 4543-2-04462-03 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
