Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06747 are amended as follows and published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, August 5, 2014:
3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from October 1, 2014, to September 30, 2015.
3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities are restricted to the following period(s): from October 1, 2014, to March 31, 2015.
