Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543-2-06844 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016.
