Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543-2-06852 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.

Loggiecroft: not to exceed 18 000 cubic metres, place measure
Blacklands Gully: not to exceed 18 000 cubic metres, place measure
Pointe-Sapin: not to exceed 16 000 cubic metres, place measure
Saint-Edouard-de-Kent: not to exceed 20 000 cubic metres, place measure
