Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 127 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06854 are amended as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, December 22, 2015.
3. Duration of permit: permit is valid from April 1, 2015, to January 1, 2016.
