Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06903 are varied as follows. This amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, August 16, 2016.
5. Disposal site: Outer False Harbour, Nova Scotia, within a 100-metre radius of 43.79667° N, 66.15833° W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83), as described in the drawing titled “Drawing CA-AT-D106” (June 15, 2016).
