Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA 1999), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06911 are varied and approved as follows. The amendment is published on the CEPA Registry on Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities are restricted to the following period(s): from July 1, 2016, to November 6, 2016, and from January 15, 2017, to April 14, 2017.
