Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06953 are varied and approved as follows. The varied conditions are published on the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
13.1. The permittee shall provide the following information no later than 48 hours before loading and disposal activities commence: name of the contractor, including corporate and on-site contact information, and expected period of loading and disposal activities.
