Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. 4543‑2‑06978 are varied and approved as follows. The varied conditions are published on the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
4. Loading site: Tabusintac Gully, New Brunswick, bound by 47.28079° N, 64.96102° W; 47.27611° N, 64.94343° W; 47.32190° N, 64.91349° W; and 47.32741° N, 64.93422° W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83), as described in the drawing titled “Drawing CA-AT-D148” (March 5, 2018).
