9. Total quantity to be disposed of:

  1. Petit-Cap: not to exceed 18 000 cubic metres, place measure

14.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities referred to under this permit shall be carried out in accordance with all restrictions and mitigation measures outlined in the document titled “NB Disposal Site Management Plan: 2019 Map Book and Mitigation” (June 12, 2019). Modifications to the document shall be made only with the written approval of the Department of the Environment.
