Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), the conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00025-1 are varied and approved as follows. The varied conditions are published on the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.
