Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA) is varying conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00219-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
10. Total quanity to be disposed of:
Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer: not to exceed 20 000 cubic metres, place measure
Miller Brook Site D1: not to exceed 15 000 cubic metres, place measure
Miller Brook Site D2: not to exceed 15 000 cubic metres, place measure
