Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00251-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
3.1. The loading and disposal at sea activities are restricted to the following period: from April 12, 2022, to May 31, 2022, and from June 7, 2022, to June 25, 2022.
