Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying a condition of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00386-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
3. Duration of permit: The permit is valid from June 13, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
