Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00449-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

4. Reference document: Figure titled “Saint John Port Authority's Load (Dredge) Sites

and Black Point Disposal Site” (April 11, 2024).

5. Loading site: Saint John Harbour and Courtenay Bay, Saint John, New Brunswick, at approximately 45.26667º N, 66.06667º W North American Datum of 1983 (NAD83).

10. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 275 000 cubic metres, place measure.
