Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying conditions of disposal at sea permit no. ATL-00546-1 as outlined below. The varied conditions are published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

- Pigeon Hill (Fox Dens Gully) - Release Zone 1 [CA-AT-D109Z1], New Brunswick, bound by 47.88764° N, 64.49537° W; 47.88170° N, 64.49520° W; 47.88166° N, 64.49820° W; and 47.88760° N, 64.49837° W (NAD83)
6.1. The disposal sites are as described in the document identified in paragraph 4.
