Disposal at sea permit PYR-00496-1, amended
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 129(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), is varying the condition of disposal at sea permit no. PYR-00496-1 as outlined below. The varied condition is published in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act Registry on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
10. Total quantity to be disposed of: not to exceed 225 000 cubic metres, place measure.
