Tetrachloroethylene (PERC) reporting requirements under the Solvent and Degreasing Regulations and the Tetrachloroethylene (Use in Dry Cleaning and Reporting Requirements) Regulations.
Please note you may have multiple reporting requirements depending on your activities with PERC.
Users
Do you use PERC for dry cleaning?
- You are required to report under subsection 14(b) of the Tetrachloroethylene Regulations by April 30th.

Do you use greater than 1000 kg per year of PERC for solvent degreasing?
- You are required to report under subsection 7(a) of the Solvent Degreasing Regulations by January 30th.
