Minister LeBlanc to make an important funding announcement

Vancouver, B.C. – The Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, will make an important funding announcement to protect Southern Resident Killer Whales through the Oceans Protection Plan. Guests from the University of British Columbia, University of Victoria, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and the Vancouver Aquarium will also join Minister LeBlanc for this media event.
