Mylène Tassy

Mylène Tassy (Montreal, Quebec) is with Nova Bus of the Volvo group, responsible for the Sales, Bids and proposals, Product planning, market strategy, marketing teams and recently shared responsibilities for the program management teams.

As an experienced executive, after more than 20 years in the Aerospace industry she has successfully transitioned to the automotive industry. Ms. Tassy had senior positions in the Aerospace industry both in North America and Europe, honing her skills in commercial growth strategies, customer and contract management, product portfolio, strategic business plans, aftermarket support, production capacity serving civil & military markets.

Giving back to her community has also been an integral part of her journey since her teenage years, her voluntary implication span from working with disadvantaged youths, helping the elderly, supporting charitable organizations in Haiti, mentoring students etc.

Ms. Tassy is a member of the Order of Engineer of Quebec, is the recipient of 2020 Excellence Quebec, and a member of several boards.
