Government of Canada to announce funding to support cannabis public education

Further to its commitment to strengthening cannabis public education efforts across the country, the Government has announced funding for five organizations through the Substance Use and Addictions Program (SUAP) to carry out community-based work.

October 10, 2018, Yarmouth, Nova Scotia – On behalf of the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Federal Minister of Health, Member of Parliament Colin Fraser, will announce funding to support a coordinated approach to reduce harms from substance use in rural areas.
