Minister Bennett to visit Halifax, N.S. to highlight Budget 2023 investments to combat the toxic drug and overdose crisis

The Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Mental Health and Addictions, will host an event in Halifax, Nova Scotia, to highlight Budget 2023 and ongoing federal investments to address the toxic drug and overdose crisis and provide people living in the Atlantic region with greater access to substance use prevention, harm reduction and treatment services.
