Minister of Health to make an announcement related to An Act Respecting Pharmacare

The Honourable Mark Holland, Minister of Health, will introduce legislation relating to accessibility and affordability of pharmaceutical drugs for people in Canada. Following the introduction the legislation the Minister will hold a press conference.

February 28, 2024, OTTAWA, ON – The Honourable Mark Holland, Minister of Health, will make an announcement related to An Act Respecting Pharmacare.

There will be a virtual media technical briefing with Government of Canada officials prior to the press conference.
