Biography
Karine Léonard Brouillet has a Ph.D. in Art History from the University of Montréal. Karine is interested in the intersection of art and technology. Her research has focused on the creation, exhibition and conservation of art online, the introduction of web-based artworks in museums, the preservation challenges posed by online works and data visualizations in a museum context. She joined the Canadian Heritage Information Network in 2019. Her work mainly focuses on research and development in the fields of web semantics and cultural heritage.
