Investment of more than $41.1 million

New Building Canada Fund, Small Communities Fund—Provincial–Territorial Infrastructure Component

Today, the governments of Canada and Quebec announced that they will each invest $13,715,563 in 14 recreational infrastructure projects in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The municipalities will provide the remaining funding for a total government and municipal investment of $41,146,707.

The first announcements of the day were for $14,664,555 in government-municipal funding for the following projects in the Town of Montmagny, and the municipalities of Saint-Prosper and Saint-Honoré-de-Shenley:
