Investments of more than $59.6 million

Public Transit Infrastructure Fund

The governments of Canada and Quebec are investing $59,643,900 in 32 projects for the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) to improve commute times, reduce air pollution, strengthen communities and grow the regional economy.

The Government of Canada is contributing $33,135,500, representing 50 percent of the total eligible costs, and the province is providing $26,508,400, representing 40 percent of the total eligible costs. The Réseau de transport de la Capitale will provide the remaining funding.
